I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Ostrava. the location was excellent, with several tram lines nearby making it easy to explore the city. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. I was particularly impressed with Radka, who was extremely knowledgeable and assisted me with arranging transportation. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with the added bonus of separate private bathrooms situated just across the landing. I was very pleased with the value for money and attention to detail at this hotel.
All was well during my stay at this hotel.

The hotel was situated in a great location, with easy access to public transport. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Despite being fully booked in the busiest holiday season, they were able to offer us a room with a stunning view. The room was spacious and had all the basic amenities we needed. The hotel restaurant served delicious food at a reasonable price. We enjoyed complimentary fruit and water in our room upon arrival.
The elevator was quite small and slow, which could be an issue for those with mobility issues or large luggage. the walls of the room were quite thin, so we could hear noise from the hallway and from adjacent rooms.

The staff was friendly and accommodating during our Easter holiday. They provided a complimentary breakfast, which was adequate. the location was great as it was steps away from a tram stop and within walking distance to a supermarket. We also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi.
The noise level was unbearable, as our room faced a busy street with nonstop traffic throughout the night. We requested a room change but was informed that the hotel was fully booked.

the location couldn't be better - right near a tram stop and within walking distance of a supermarket. It was perfect for our group of party-goers looking for an affordable place to crash after a night out in the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even with our rowdy group of ten. They had great patience with us. Another highlight was the clean and comfortable rooms, with separate private bathrooms across the landing. It made getting ready in the morning hassle-free. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great start to the day.
Everything was great and there's nothing that needs improvement.
